When you message Courtz on WhatsApp, we receive your WhatsApp ID and the messages you send. During onboarding you voluntarily provide your name, sex, and skill level. We store this information to operate the service.

How we use it

We use your information solely to match you with padel games, send you game notifications, and improve the service. We do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

WhatsApp messages

Our service is built on the WhatsApp Business Platform. Messages you send to Courtz are processed by Meta's infrastructure and are subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

Data retention

We retain your profile and game history for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time by contacting us.
